How do I manually unsubscribe a prospect?

Go to the Prospects tab, find the prospect, click on the prospect. 

That will open the prospect in the conversation section.

There, you can click on the status (New, Responded, Won, Lost) and a popup will appear. 

Select Won from the popup.
