You can easily sort/filter through your prospects based on several different things like name, email, tag, campaign, and more. This allows you to send the right message(s) to the right group of people.
To being, click on the Prospects tab at the top of your screen.
You will notice inside the prospect section on the top left corner you will see in blue letters +Add filter. Click on it to begin.
Several filters will be displayed. Choose the one you wish to use.
The filters operate in two ways. They search for exactly what you type in (is) or they search for any prospects that (contains) what you are typing in for that category.
If you know exactly what you are searching for use (is). If you don't remember exactly or you are unsure use the (contains) option.
You can use as many filters as you'd like at the same time.
