Merge tags can be used when creating a new Text message or Email for a campaign.
They are used to "auto-pull" certain things into a message.
Once you select a message type (Text or Email) you will notice a series of merge tags after the time options.
They will look like the ones below:
{{FirstName}} - Prospect's first name
{{MyFullName}} - You full name
{{MyFirstName}} - Your first name
{{MyPhoneNumber}} - Your system phone number
{{Signature}} - Account signature. (edit at account settings)
All you have to do is copy the complete merge tag (including the brackets) and paste it into the subject or body portion of the message.
**Remember that the Signature is edited in the Account settings.
